long day.

Today is shaping up to be a long day...but no complaints here.
I came to work around 11am to prep for my shoot with Frank and Amelia. We headed out to the Metrodome, and had a blast! The story we are doing is about "do you parent each kid differently/should you?" -we ended up interviewing Joe Mauer and his family (well...I didn't get to...Frank was the lucky duck). Pretty rad.
The peeps at the 'Dome were really great. Super friendly and accommodating. They even custom made jerseys for Frank and Amelia to wear for the shoot. aww...
I'm off to upload the footage now, fingers crossed that it looks great---I'm sure it will, I worked with a shooter today I'd never used before, and he has a reputation for being AWESOME. Great guy, super efficient on a shoot too-but still personable.
I work with some really awesome people. woot.

In the personal life...things are crazy. "Good crazy" with the hubby-love that guy. And "cool" crazy with the social scene, hehe. I'm excited because I"m going to a kickbutt concert on Friday night for a band I love called The Melismatics. Check them out!
